My name is Baudanza Salvatore Mario, born in Palermo on January 5, 1980.
Sicily, an ancient land steeped in culture, colonized by many peoples: Phoenicians, Arabs, Normans, and finally the Bourbons. Thanks to the Arabs, we have had the opportunity to better understand the traditions of purebred Arabian breeders, a great companion for both modern and ancient man.
In 2003, I left my beloved homeland and moved to Mantua for work.
I'll briefly tell you about my great love for these wonderful creatures. I've had the opportunity to breed several different breeds in the past, but the breed that has always particularly struck me, making my heart leap with joy, has always been the Arabian thoroughbred. In December 2017, I managed to bring home a splendid black mare, Sahara al Tawi, a 19-year-old Egyptian Straight. Despite her many years, she didn't hesitate to compete; she was our springboard. In August 2018, from the union FA Nil Safir x Sahara al Tawi, BA Alidaar was born.
After the birth, I saw the foal about 15 minutes after its birth. Still lying on the ground, it was disarmingly sweet. I was hoping for a girl, but it was still an event that made us immensely happy. Don't worry, our Sahara al Tawi is ready for another pregnancy.
And from the union with AJ Nashdeed and Sahara al Tawi, in July 2020, little BA Fatima was born, a very intelligent mare, immediately affectionate towards her breeder. She will be the young mare on which we will focus to continue our dream. In October 2024, our Sahara al TawiI died. With great sorrow, our black pearl leaves us forever, leaving a great void in everyone's hearts. She will forever remain the one who started the realization of our dream, leaving us as a legacy BA Alidaar and BA Fatima, who still live with us today in our home. In April 2025, we decided to welcome Ameera al Farah, a chestnut mare, docile and very affectionate towards us. She is also a Straight Egyptian, daughter of MU Ayyad al Farah x AL Adeeda al Farah.
We are confident that many beautiful creatures will be born, allowing us to pursue our breeding dream.
